Inspired by his father's legacy, Roshan Kodikara, alongside his beloved wife Rita Grisorio, embarked on a mission to redefine luxury and hospitality in the region. Their journey began amidst the breathtaking scenery of Como Lake in Italy, where they first crossed paths at the enchanting Lario Restaurant. It was here, amidst the serene beauty of Como Lake, that Roshan and Rita's love story unfolded, culminating in marriage and a shared dream of creating a haven of tranquility in Sri Lanka. In 2016, that dream became a reality with the founding of Lario Resort Sigiriya. Named as a tribute to the picturesque Lake Como, Lario Resort epitomizes the harmonious fusion of Italian elegance and Sri Lankan charm.
